S01

Three men in tunics, holding horizontally on their shoulders as long pole, on which a forth man performs an acrobatic feat.

Left Supporter -  A hog.

Right Supporter - A hound.

S02

Two lions facing inwards, grasping a fox squatting between them. The head of the lion on left is missing.

Left Supporter - A twined ribbon or scroll.

Right Supporter - a bowl-shaped flower with large pistil.

S03

Mutilation of the carving renders identification of the carving difficult, but it appears to represent a bull, erect, driven by a man or woman in

long kilted garment, facing left, and , on the left side, facing inwards an owl with two owlets in a nest, the whole apparently in a stable or shed.

Supporters - Rosette.

S04

Two demi-angels with raised wings and cowled robes, bearing between them a shield charged: a pale wavy [probably the arms of

Upthomas of Wales]

Supporters - Formal leaf.

S05

Gowned fox in pulpit, preaching to assembly of ten birds, five on each side, including some geese and one cockerel.

Supporters - Stiff leaf.

S06

Corbel, broken away, which may have supported a crucifix [missing]

Left Supporter - An angel in flowing robes, wearing a kind of shallow mitre, and bearing what appears to be a musical instrument.

Right Supporter - A kneeling woman in long-flowing robe, crowned and before a prie-dieu, on which is a book [Psalter]. The desk is

covered with a cloth, and by the head of the figure is a formal flower, which forms part of the supporters. An Annunciation scene [?]

S07

Griffin with raised wings facing left. On either side facing inward is a unicorn; the head of that on the left is missing.

Supporters - Five petaled flower with long central pistils.

Cowled figure astride a beast, possibly an elephant [the head is broken off].

Supporters - Rosette.

Badly mutilated figures of two cats walking upright, one leading the other by the forepaw, facing right. Beyond to the right appears to

be a mouse-hole with a mouse peering out.

Supporters - Missing.

S10

Demi-angel in robe and cowled, bearing a plain shield and parted per pale [probably arms of Upthomas]

Supporters - Missing.

S11

Pattern of lierne vaulting, with rosettes at junctions, rising from a corbel mask of grotesque lion or cat.

Supporters - Missing.
